These terms apply to the games and apps published by Isa Can Akkoca, trading as Mic Games, Türkiye ("we", "us"), to this website and to our social media accounts. By downloading or using them you agree to these terms. Questions: info@micgames.net.

Using our games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The app store you downloaded a game from (the App Store or Google Play) may add its own terms, which also apply.

Purchases and virtual items

Some games offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment, billing, refunds and cancelling subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; manage subscriptions in your store account settings. Coins, gems, boosts and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are a licence to use them in the game, not property. Restore earlier purchases from the game's shop.

Ads

Free games may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. How ad partners use data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fair play and online features

Where a game has online features (for example rooms, chat or leaderboards), don't cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, post unlawful or offensive content, or use names that impersonate others. We may remove content and limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. You can block and report players in the game.

Our content

The games, their art, music, text and code, the Mic Games name and logo, and the videos and posts on our social accounts belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it.

Changes and availability

We keep improving our games, so features, levels and prices may change, and a game may be withdrawn from a store. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use our games means you accept it.

Disclaimer and liability

The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
