Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what data our games, including Road Rookie: Driving School, Rental Rush: Car Lot Manager, and on Android Fuel Baron: Gas Station, Parking Tycoon and Courier City, collect, why, and the choices you have. The games are published by Isa Can Akkoca, trading as Mic Games, Türkiye ("we", "us"), contact: info@micgames.net.
No account, progress on your device
You don't need an account. Your progress, settings and the name and picture you choose are stored on your device. Deleting the game deletes them.
Online play (Road Rookie)
When you join an online room, the game signs in anonymously with Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) to get a random player id, and connects you with other players through Unity's relay servers. Other players in the room see your chosen name and picture, your car and its position, and the quick-chat phrases and emotes you send. There is no free-text chat. Names are checked against a list of offensive words. You can block players; reports you send reach us by e-mail with the reported player's name and id, the room code and your player id, and we use them only to handle the report.
Advertising
Road Rookie, Rental Rush, Fuel Baron (Android), Parking Tycoon (Android) and Courier City (Android) are free and show ads through AppLovin MAX (AppLovin Corp.). To show and measure ads, AppLovin and its advertising partners receive device and usage data such as your IP address, device model and settings, ad interactions and your device's advertising identifier (on Android the advertising ID; on iOS the IDFA, only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt). If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's settings (in Parking Tycoon: Store › Privacy choices; in Courier City: Store › Ad preferences). Without consent or tracking permission you still see ads, but not personalised ones. See AppLovin's privacy policy.
Game analytics (Fuel Baron)
Fuel Baron sends gameplay events (for example sessions, stations opened and purchases started) with a random installation id and basic device information to Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies), so we can see where players get stuck and balance the game. Where consent is required (EEA, UK, Switzerland), this only happens after you agree in the game's privacy prompt. See Unity's privacy policy.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google Play; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) receives an anonymous app user id and your purchase records so the game can unlock what you bought and restore it. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, location or photos, we don't run analytics beyond what is described above, and we don't sell personal data.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) or US state laws) you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Because we don't hold accounts, most data sits on your device or with the partners above; e-mail us and we'll help, including passing deletion requests to them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Users in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
Controller. Isa Can Akkoca, trading as Mic Games, Türkiye — info@micgames.net. AppLovin, RevenueCat and Unity act as independent controllers or processors for the data they receive, under their own policies linked above.
Legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR).
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — personalised advertising, the use of your advertising identifier and Fuel Baron's game analytics. You give or refuse it in the game's privacy prompt and can withdraw it at any time in Settings › Privacy (Store › Privacy choices in Parking Tycoon, Store › Ad preferences in Courier City); withdrawing doesn't affect what happened before.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — delivering and restoring purchases, and connecting you to online rooms you choose to join.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — showing non-personalised ads that keep the game free, preventing fraud, and handling player reports to keep online play safe.
Your rights. You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@micgames.net; we answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.
No automated decisions. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
International transfers. Data may be processed outside the EEA, for example in Türkiye or the United States. Where that happens, our partners rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention and transfers
Report e-mails are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Our partners may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
